On May 7th, Virtual Branch Next will replace our current Virtual Branch product. With Virtual Branch Next comes new features, such as:
- Enhanced search features (keyword search)
- Easier site navigation and quick links options
- Customizable features such as favorite accounts
How to: First Login
If you are currently enrolled in Online Banking, here is how to input your login ID (username) and security code (password) during your first login following the update to Virtual Branch Next on May 7th:
- YOUR CURRENT LOGIN ID WILL REMAIN THE SAME, BUT IF IT HAS LESS THAN SIX CHARACTERS, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD LEAD ZERO (0’s) TO REACH SIX TOTAL CHARACTERS IN LENGTH. YOUR PASSWORD WILL ALSO REMAIN THE SAME AND IS CASE SENSITIVE.
Once you have logged in you will be prompted to change your Login ID & Security Code. Upon resetting, please note that your new login ID cannot be: your member number, email address, or social security number.
How to: Access my Bill Pay
If you were accessing your Bill Payment option directly on your phone when you signed in to Virtual Branch, you will no longer have the ability to do this in Virtual Branch Next. Instead, you can save the direct link to Bill Pay on your phone, or access Bill Pay on your laptop or personal computer.
