Galaxy’s fraud detection system is here to protect you!
When receiving a debit card with Galaxy, you may receive messages when suspicious activity takes place on your account.
But remember, as protecting your accounts and information is our highest priority, Galaxy will NEVER ask you to provide any account or personal information via text, email, or contact a provided phone number that could be fraudulent.
If you have a question about a message from Galaxy, please call our office at the number provided to you on your Member Statement. Our staff can then assist you in determining if the message or text you received is real.
If you have any questions or concerns during non-business hours, please check your account information via our Telephone Teller System, or digital banking system which will allow you to check your account balance and/or account activity.
If needed, please contact the branch on the next business day to check on the authenticity of the message you received.
